Phytase is a feed enzyme fermented with an excellent genetic engineering strain and produced by advanced post treatment. Phytase can break down phytic acid in feed and liberate phosphorus.
(1) Release the phosphorus in plant-based materials to meet the phosphorus nutrient requirements of livestock and poultry, and reduce phosphorus emissions, reduce environmental pollution.
(2)Reduce the use of inorganic phosphorus such as calcium phosphate in feed formulation to reduce feed cost.
(3) Release iron, zinc, copper, calcium and other mineral elements and protein, amino acid and other nutrients which are conjugated by phytic acid to improve the digestion and utilization efficiency.
Phytic acid, also known as phytate, is a derivative of inositol produced by phosphorylation all 6 possible hydroxyl groups of inositol. 3-phytase and 6-phytase are phytases where phytate-3 carbon or phytate-6 carbon hydroxyl group has been phosphorylated, so the main difference between the two is the phosphorylation site. Current phytase market is dominated by 6-phytase, and Bestzyme's Phytase is 6-phytase as well.
It can be evaluated in two ways:
① Laboratory water bath:Dissolve and dilute enzyme, and put it in a water bath at a certain temperature for 3 minutes. Compare the activity changes before and after the process to evaluate the thermal stability of enzyme protein.
② Pelleting in the feed factory: Fully mixed Enzyme with feed for pelleting. Then take powder and pelleted feed to test enzyme activity and compare the activity change before and after pelleting.
