Thermostable Phytase is a highly efficient thermostable 6-phytase. Phosphate is present in feed ingredients, but is usually less digestible than inorganic phosphorus added to diet. Bestzyme Thermostable Phytase breaks down plant phosphate, increasing available phosphorus that allows reduction of feed costs and negative environmental impact.

One unit of phytase activity (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 µmol of inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0 mmol/L of sodium phytate solution at pH 5.5 and 37℃.
(1) Outstanding heat stable up to 90℃ for pelleting.
(2) High tolerance to animal gastrointestinal environment.
(3) Free-flowing.
Hydrolyze phytate in feed ingredients, release digestible phosphorus, and increase the utilization of phosphorus in livestock and poultry.
Improve the availability and digestibility of nutrients such as minerals, amino acids and proteins.
Decrease amount of supplemental mono- and di- calcium phosphate and lower feed cost.
Decrease the excretion of phosphorus in manure and reduce environmental pollution.
Recommended dosage in Complete Feeds (10000 U/g).
Species | Dosage (Complete Feed) | |
g/t | U/kg | |
Broiler, Pig | 50-100 | 500-1000 |
Laying hen | 40-80 | 400-8000 |
Note: The optimal dosage should vary depending on corresponding proportion in concentrated feed and premix. Moreover, add 3%-5% safety factor.
